Choose Your Path

Entrepreneurs & Founders

Turn your idea into impact.

Even more importantly, do this without burning out or building something misaligned with your values.

You don’t need more hustle. You need clarity, focus, and a strong foundation. I help founders think intentionally about what they are building and why, so they can navigate early decisions, grow with confidence, and stay connected to what matters most.

I’ve spent decades working alongside founders, students, faculty, policymakers, and community leaders to grow inclusive, high‑impact entrepreneurial ecosystems. My background in engineering, sustainability, and systems thinking shapes how I approach problem‑solving—always looking beyond short‑term wins toward durable, meaningful outcomes.

Create a Business that Succeeds

We are living in what can only be described as the Entrepreneur Economy, where innovators, visionary founders, and small business leaders are shaping our future.

Entrepreneurship can be an incredible journey. 55% of U.S. adults have started a business, and 63% view entrepreneurship as a good career choice.

And our future is bright: two thirds of youth (13 to 17 years old) want to start a business someday.

Most people want to become an entrepreneur because of the desire for independence, pursuing passions, financial freedom, and making a difference, as well as the opportunity to be creative and innovative.

However, the sad fact is that most businesses fail. One in five (20%) fail in their first year. At the 5 year mark, half of businesses have failed. If you are starting a scalable startup, the odds are even more against you: 90% fail in the first few years - and if you are going to “make it big” it will take at least 7 years to make traction.

How can you pursue the dream of owning your own impactful businesses, while beating the odds?

Let’s Intentionally Build What’s Next

However you’re engaging with entrepreneurship—as a founder, leader, or ecosystem builder—you don’t have to do it alone.
